The ZKQDL-I Vertical Multi-Stage Pump and the KQDW-I Horizontal Multi-Stage Pump are series products developed by our company to meet market demands. This product conforms to the GB/T 5657 <<Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps>>(Part i) standard.

Typical Applications

Municipal water supply and boosting

Factory Water Supply

Water supply for high-rise buildings and residential complexes:

Air conditioning and refrigeration system water supply for the cooling and refrigeration cycles of the HVAC system.

Water supply for fire sprinkler systems, especially suitable for fire water supply with zone pressure reduction in high-rise buildings.

Work Conditions

Motor Speed: 1480 rpm

Working Medium: Clean water or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to water

Liquid Temperature: 80°C

Flow Range: 32-280 m/h

Range: 30-240m

Work Pressure: Inlet Pressure + Pump Pressure for KQDL-I, KQDWI < 2.5 Mpa

Inhalation Pressure: <0.4 MPa

Flange Pressure:

Inlet Flange: 1.6 MPa

Flanged Outlet: 2.5 MPa

Maximum aspiration height

During operation, users should consider the impact of various factors on performance, and the maximum suction lift height H should be lower than the calculated value (negative values indicate backflow). Otherwise, the pump will not operate properly.

         H=Pb*10.2-NPSH-HHV-Hs

Pb = Local atmospheric pressure bar (1 bar at sea level)  NPSH = NPSH margin m

Pipe Loss Hf

Hv = Liquid Saturated Vapor Pressure

Hs = Safety Margin m (Minimum 0.5m) | Inlet Pipeline Loss Hf = 2m

Assuming atmospheric pressure Pb = 1 bar, pump NPSH = 2 m.

(1) At a liquid temperature of 20°C, the saturated vapor pressure Hv is 0.23 m.

              H=1x10.2-2-2-0.23-0.5= 5.47m

(2) At a liquid temperature of 85°C, the saturated vapor pressure Hv is 6.08 m.

              H=1x10.2-2-2-6.08-0.5= -0.38m 

The pump requires reversing when the temperature of the liquid to be pumped varies, and when other operating conditions of the pump remain consistent, its suction height also differs.
