Brief Description of Signboard Material Processing
1. The material is made of aluminum alloy plate and engineering-grade or high-strength reflective film, offering excellent reflective properties at night.
2. Cut aluminum sheets and reflective films according to national standard sizes (square and round).
3. Clean the aluminum sheets, abrade them with a white cleaning cloth to create a rough surface, rinse with water, and then dry.
4. Apply reflective film to the cleaned aluminum sheet using a hydraulic press.
5. Computer typeset patterns and text, and directly engrave the patterns and text onto the reflective film using a computer雕刻机.
6. Apply the carved patterns and silk-screened patterns to the aluminum sheet with the base film using a胶 scraper for forming.
