The scraper must be cleaned daily.
Our scrapers require daily cleaning. Here's a rundown of their routine maintenance and care:
Daily Maintenance (once a day or per shift)
One: Clean off mud and oil from the surface of the crawler mining loader components and promptly wash the crawler parts.

2) Inspect all fasteners and ensure they are not loose or detached.
Check for adequate hydraulic oil levels, any oil leakage, and promptly identify the cause and replenish as needed.
Hazard: Wait until the work equipment has descended to the ground, the motor is turned off, and the pressure within the system is released before performing maintenance on the hydraulic pipes.
Ensure electrical control boxes and wires are free of anomalies and damage.
Five: Inspect the flexibility of the rotating device.
Six: Inspect the cylinders for any telescopic movement, check for scratches on the cylinders, and verify that there are no oil leaks in the oil pipes and joints. If any issues are found, identify the cause promptly and rectify them.
7) Check if the oil cups are flexible, and apply lubricant to the oil cup positions and pin locations.
At the end of each workday, it is necessary to conduct a thorough inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the entire track unit.
Do not start the crawler mining loader when inserting large rocks, wooden blocks, or iron wire into the tracks.
If forced open, these large pieces of debris can cause severe damage to the machine.
If the machine becomes frozen, heat the conveyor belt plate or the ground it contacts to allow it to start freely. During the cold season, do not leave the machine outdoors to prevent freezing.
