Rotary Feeder

The selection of a rotary feeder should be precisely matched with material characteristics and operating parameters: for sticky materials, a scraper rotor is optional; for high-temperature materials, stainless steel with high-temperature-resistant seals is suitable; for corrosive materials, 316L stainless steel or plastic-lined valve bodies are recommended. For system pressures ≤ 0.6MPa, conventional seals are used; for high-pressure scenarios, mechanical seals must be upgraded. Routine maintenance includes regular checking of the gear box oil level and changing the engine oil every 6 months; promptly cleaning the material residue in the rotor and valve body to prevent clogging; and inspecting the wear of the seals every 1000 operating hours and replacing them as needed. Scientific selection and standardized maintenance can extend the service life of the equipment to 8-10 years, maximizing the reduction of production downtime risks.
