When operating an asphalt batching plant, there are certain construction techniques to be aware of. Before the asphalt batching machine is used, the surface fill soil within the construction area should be cleared, and the site should be kept dry and level, with the elevation meeting the design specifications. If the ground is too soft, the foundation should be reinforced to prevent instability of construction machinery and ensure the verticality of the pile frame.

Subsequently, the machinery entering the construction site must be inspected to ensure its integrity and compliance with requirements before assembly and trial operation. The verticality of the asphalt mixer, as well as the deviation of the gantry guide and mixing shaft from the ground, must not exceed 1.0%.

For asphalt batching plant layout, operations should be conducted according to the pile position layout plan, with an error not exceeding 2CM. Allocate 110KVA construction electricity and Φ25mm water pipes for the asphalt batching plant to ensure its power supply and all conveyance systems are normal and stable.

Once the asphalt mixing station is properly positioned, the mixer motor can be activated to pre-mix the cut soil using the wet spray method to submerge it. Only after the mixing shaft has descended to the designed depth can drilling and spraying begin at a speed of 0.45 to 0.8 meters per minute.
