Fire Hydrant Operation Steps

In the event of a fire, first open the fire hydrant box and call for emergency services. Remove the hose, prevent it from knotting, and quickly connect the hydrant outlet to the nozzle. One person should slowly open the valve to control the water flow, while the other holds the nozzle, aiming at the base of the flames for extinguishing. Remember to coordinate with your partner, operate with stability, and avoid excessive pressure that might cause the nozzle to be dropped. I've personally experienced this method during a school fire drill, and it's indeed very practical!

Fire Blanket Application Guide

Fire blankets are a lifesaver for extinguishing small fires in their early stages! Simply grip the pull strap of the fire blanket with both hands, gently shake it open, and quickly drape it over the flames to completely cut off the air supply. If there's a fire on your body, wrap the blanket around yourself and roll on the ground to extinguish the flames. After use, pull the blanket flat to prevent reignition.
