Product Features
1. The arrangement of the shot-blasting chamber and shot blasters for the steel structure shot blasting machine has been determined through computer 3D dynamic projection simulation. A directly connected overhead arm centrifugal shot blaster with a high projection speed of QX30DS is used.
The shot blasting chamber body is constructed from 8mm thick steel plate焊接 in a box-like structure, offering high strength without vibration. Inside, it is protected with cast steel Mn13 plates (with a single-shift lifespan of 2-3 years), which are joined with tenons to effectively extend the service life of the chamber and make full use of the ball反弹 for secondary cleaning.
