DZQ-600L Multi-functional Vacuum Sealing Heat Sealer, also known as a vacuum packaging bag heat sealer, offers comprehensive features. It is suitable for intermittent single-seal packaging as well as vacuum packaging or packaging that fills with inert gas after vacuuming.

Vacuum Heat Sealing Machines for Plastic Bags utilize a dual gas nozzle mechanism without a chamber, unrestricted by the size of the vacuum chamber, offering a broad range of applications. Ideal for automatic sealing and packaging of items with lower vacuum requirements and higher gas purity.

For thicker plastic or composite bags, the DZQ-600L/S heat-sealing machine with dual heating can be used. Special orders can increase the length of the heat-sealer to 700mm, 800mm, or 1000mm. For flour with a mesh size less than 100, specify the configuration of a cyclone sedimentation filter for reclaiming the flour and protecting the vacuum pump.

This vacuum heat-sealing machine, without the vacuum pump feature, can be used as a general heat-sealing machine for plastic bags.
