    With the widespread use of microcomputer controllable skills in the production of rapid quenching furnaces, special attention must be paid during operation: (1) Ensure that all air in the methanol cracking furnace pipeline is completely removed before starting up; (2) Methanol is harmful to both humans and the environment, and it is necessary to prevent leaks in storage and transportation pipelines; (3) CO and H2 in the furnace gas exhaust are flammable, explosive, and toxic, and should be fully combusted at the furnace mouth; (4) Check if the circulating cooling water, bottom mixing fan, atmosphere pressure, furnace body seal, and thermocouple are functioning properly. After continuous use, carbon black may form inside the methanol cracking furnace, scattered in the furnace reactor, and it is necessary to remove the carbon from each batch. Incomplete carbon removal from the furnace may cause: (1) thermocouples to inaccurately measure temperatures due to carbon buildup, leading to overheating of the heating element and potential damage; (2) incomplete cracking of methanol, resulting in insufficient atmosphere and affecting process quality. The carbon removal process for the furnace: close the main valve of methanol entering the furnace, close the outlet ball valve of the methanol flowmeter, open the upper ball valve, and use a small steel rod or compressed air to expel the carbon buildup from the outlet of the lower ball valve. If severe carbon buildup is found in the furnace reactor, open the reactor and enter its interior for cleaning. After a period of use, carbon black and other debris may form in the methanol cracking gas pipeline, and it is necessary to remove the carbon regularly based on the situation. The method is to open the cover of the tempering furnace, close the methanol cracking gas, disconnect the methanol cracking gas pipeline from the methanol cracking furnace, open the compressed air, and blow out the debris in the methanol cracking gas pipeline until no black smoke is emitted from the tempering furnace. Other pipelines, such as the analyzer inlet pipeline, may also be treated using compressed air. In case of leaks, soap water leak detection and treatment can be used.
