The processing and production of PVC granules typically involves the following steps:

Prepare basic materials. First, PVC resin powder is required as the basic material.

Additives are incorporated into the PVC resin powder, including various types such as heat stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, impact modifiers, processing aids, and fillers.

The base materials and additives are mixed uniformly using a high-speed blending equipment.

Plastic Processing. Mixed materials are placed into an extruder or injection molding machine for plastic processing.

Mold Forming. The molding process shapes plasticized materials into specific shapes, such as cylindrical or flat circular lines.

Cutting and Cooling. After forming, the material is cut into small particles with blades and then cooled and packaged.
