Asymmetric Three-Roll Plate Bending Machine
The working rolls are characterized by an asymmetric configuration. The vertical plane formed by the axis line of the lower working roll has a smaller offset distance relative to the vertical plane formed by the axis line of the upper working roll. The lower working roll can be vertically raised and lowered. Both the upper and lower working rolls are active rolls, while the side working rolls are passive rolls and can be tilted and raised or lowered within the guide surface at an angle relative to the vertical plane. During operation, the end of the plate before or after the upper and lower roll clamping point is short, and the remaining straight edge generally reaches only twice the nominal thickness of the rolled sheet, allowing almost the entire plate end to be bent without the need for pre-bending by other methods. Additionally, each pass through the working rolls allows for a greater degree of allowable bending deformation, resulting in higher bending efficiency.
