Main Components and Working Principle of the Sectional Round Machine

The W24S series profile bending machine produced by Nantong Guoji Machinery is an arc-lowering profile bending machine. This equipment features pre-bending functionality at the profile ends, allowing for one-time loading of the sheets, eliminating the need to turn over the material for pre-bending of the sheet ends and forming of the workpiece. The three rolls of this profile bending machine are all driven by the main shaft, with the upper roll fixed and the lower roll moving along a specific arc. Both the rotation and lifting movement of the main roll are hydraulically powered, with the lifting displacement displayed on a screen. The removal of the formed workpiece after rolling is convenient. A mobile independent operation platform is provided for ease of use by workers.
