Installation and Operation of Reverse Osmosis Pure Water Equipment

1. Position the reverse osmosis pure water main unit and pretreatment equipment near the water source and power supply.

2. Packages quartz sand, activated carbon, softening resin, and other filtration materials.

3. Water Connection: The original pump's intake is connected to the water source, the pre-filter's outlet is connected to the main unit's intake. The pre-treatment unit and the main unit's drainage outlets are all connected to the sewage system via pipelines.

4. Circuit: First, securely ground the grounding wire, and then connect the power cable provided with the unit to the electrical control box in the room.

5. Introduce water and power supply, follow the steps as instructed in the "Pre-treatment Operation Guidelines," and complete the pre-treatment debugging operation.

6. Using the unit, set the original pump switch to the automatic position, and turn on the shutdown switch. Connect the water and power sources. Once the pressure at the multi-stage pump outlet reaches the set value by the pressure controller, the multi-stage pump will start operating. After the multi-stage pump is activated, adjust the system pressure to 1.0-1.2 Mpa. Pre-start the unit to manually flush the RO membrane system for 30 minutes.
