To ensure the chips are coated evenly with a crystalline film on their surface as quickly as possible, and to achieve polishing, it is necessary to spray the sugar syrup solution into the pot with manual operations in stages.+Mixed slurry pieces are rotated clockwise in the pot, causing the sugar-coated tablets to roll and slide, frictionally grinding to ensure even distribution across all chips. This results in qualified coated tablets. The machine ensures a stable linear speed to form a good logistics curve for the tablets in the pot, meeting the requirements for uniform thickness of the sugar coating, bright coloration, and no occurrence of speckles.
