I. Main Application:

The KZL series quick granulating machines are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries, yielding excellent results. The machine features a reasonably designed filter mesh and components, capable of粉碎 large quantities of fragile materials. It also utilizes the principle of centrifugal force with a special hole filter mesh for careful screening. The dedicated friction filter rod components can pierce through sturdy particles, while simultaneously grinding large polymer pieces.

Low heat generation during operation, minimal dust; stator sieve made of stainless steel plate, not easy to be damaged; adjustable gap between powder magnet blade and sieve; capable of handling sticky, gum-like, hot and moist materials.
