I. Main Application:

This machine is an automatic single-pressure rotating tablet press, converting granular raw materials into various tablet forms. It is primarily used for tablet production and also suitable for industrial sectors such as chemicals, food, and electronics. The outer casing is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel, with the internal surface also constructed of stainless steel. The turntable surface is treated for maintaining luster and preventing cross-contamination, in compliance with GMP standards. Equipped with transparent glass windows, it allows for clear observation of the tablet pressing process and can be fully opened for easy cleaning and maintenance. All controls and operating components are logically arranged. It features a variable frequency speed control for electrical speed regulation, offering ease of operation, smooth rotation, and precise safety. All transmission mechanisms are housed internally to keep components clean. It is equipped with an overload protection device that automatically shuts down the machine when pressure exceeds safe limits. The machine comes with an electromagnetic braking motor and other safety protection devices, which can be adjusted and operated during operation.
