    May 16, 2021, marks the 31st National Day of Assistance for the Disabled in China, with this year's theme being "Strengthening the Achievements of Poverty Alleviation among the Disabled and Improving Their Quality of Life." As the day approaches, the 9th Large-scale Public Welfare Event for Assisting the Disabled, themed "Goodness Cubed, Hearts Toward the Party, Love Gathered," was held in Xinle City, Hebei Province.
