Maintenance Methods for Press Filter Plates

Regular inspections and隐患 identification

1. Before each startup, visually inspect the filter plate surface for cracks, scratches, or deformation, and ensure the sealing surface is clean and free of debris. Immediately discontinue use upon discovering minor damage to prevent further deterioration.
2. Weekly inspect the filter plate edge frame sealing grooves, remove any remaining filter residue, ensuring a tight seal; monthly check the uniformity of filter plate thickness, and replace if deviations exceed 3mm.
3. Incorporating the pressure filter's operational cycle, conduct a comprehensive inspection of filter plate stress every 3-6 months, focusing on the edges for stress concentration, and replace aged or fatigue filters promptly.

Section II: Cleaning and Maintenance Usage

1. After unloading, immediately rinse the filter plate surface and filter cloth with clean water to prevent filter residue from drying and sticking. It is prohibited to scrape the filter plate sealing surface and plate surface with hard tools.
2. After handling corrosive materials, the filter plate must be thoroughly cleaned with a neutral detergent, dried, and then stored to prevent the residual medium from continuing to erode.
3. When stacking filter plates, place a soft pad between each layer, with a height not exceeding 1.5 meters to prevent deformation from heavy pressure; handle with care during transportation, no throwing or collision is allowed.

Three: Maintenance Points During Operation

1. Strictly adhering to the "start at low pressure, gradually increase" principle, we avoid pressure fluctuations from impacting the filter plate, ensuring the feed pressure remains within the rated range at all times.
2. Ensure the filter cloth remains clean and unobstructed to reduce feed resistance, indirectly protecting the filter plate from additional pressure; during the pulling board process, observe the smooth movement of the filter plate to avoid jamming or collisions.
3. During extended downtime, the filter plates should be fully loosened, cleaned, dried, and neatly stored to prevent material fatigue caused by prolonged tightness.
