Construction Safety Precautions

1. Surface Treatment: Before construction, remove dust, grease, sealants, and debris from wall corners to ensure a clean working surface. Apply anti-rust paint to metal items. For other walls, simply remove any protrusions over 5mm from the wall surface to maintain cleanliness; no special treatment is required.

2. Wall Repair with Special Base Material: Use specialized base material for the mending of inside and outside corners. Inside corners are corrected using a straight edge and string line, while outside corners are adjusted with an aluminum alloy ruler and a straight edge.

3. Level the base material by spreading it, using a dedicated base and liquid material mixed in a 3:1 ratio to create a uniform paste. When spreading, ensure it is done horizontally and vertically, applying in layers (Note: If there is a significant base error, level in multiple passes; each pass should not exceed 10mm).

4. The stone powder coating surface leveling uses natural stone powder fabric, mixed at a ratio of 2:1 with powder to liquid, ensuring an even level. It is required to be basically free of scratches with standard scraping (note: each coat should be applied with a minimum interval of 2 hours, allowing for complete drying).

5. The stone powder coating surface layer requires polishing, with the same material ratio as before. It is essential to sand the surface flat before applying the second coat. The other construction work is mostly completed to avoid dust and other pollutants. Two people are required for the collaboration. One person applies and spreads the material, while the other smooths and polishes it from behind. Once dry, the surface will be flat, glossy, and have a good feel. Clean the edges and corners, and ensure the finished product is well-protected.
