Structural Features:

1. Workbench

The worktable of the龙门 machining center is basically rectangular. The large castings such as the worktable, bed, pillars, beams, and sliding saddle are made of cast iron or welded parts. The internal cavity of the castings is a honeycomb composite arrangement, featuring advanced design. All castings are heat-treated and subjected to secondary tempering to eliminate residual internal stress, ensuring material stability. This guarantees the stability of workpiece processing accuracy and the longevity of the machine tool.

2 Gate

The龙门 is composed of a beam and two pillars. It is divided into three types: beam fixed, beam locked in segments with positioning blocks, and beam free lifting.

3 Pillow Inserts

The sliding bearing can be divided into two types structurally: open and closed. The open-type sliding bearing is clamped onto the main shaft box by a pressure plate, featuring a larger cross-sectional area. The closed-type sliding bearing is clamped inside the main shaft box, with a smaller cross-sectional area.

4 Knife Magazines

Basic types of tool magazines include the rotary table type, drum type, and chain type.

5 Attachment Header Library

Machining of large and complex parts typically requires many accessories heads. These heads are specially designed according to the processing requirements of the workpiece and are generally categorized as right-angle heads, extended heads, special angle heads, and so on.

6 CNC Systems

7 Precision

Machine tool accuracy refers to the inherent precision of the machine tool under conditions without external loads. Precision is usually expressed by its opposite—deviation from the ideal state (commonly referred to as error), with smaller error indicating higher precision.
