Structural Features:

1. Workbench

The worktable of the龙门machine center is basically rectangular. The large castings such as the worktable, bed, columns, beams, and sliding cushions are made of cast iron or welded components. The internal cavity of the castings is a honeycomb composite arrangement, featuring advanced design. All castings are heat-treated and subjected to secondary tempering to eliminate residual internal stress, ensuring material stability and maintaining consistent machining accuracy and the longevity of the machine tool.

2 Gate

The龙门 consists of a beam and two columns. It is divided into three types: beam fixed, beam locked in sections with positioning blocks, and beam free lifting.

3 Pillow Slides

The sliding bearing can be divided into two types: open and closed structures. An open structure sliding bearing is clamped onto the main shaft housing by a pressure plate, featuring a large cross-sectional area. A closed structure sliding bearing is clamped inside the main shaft housing, with a smaller cross-sectional area.

4 Blade Magazines

Basic types of tool magazines include the turret, drum, and chain-type.

5 Attachment Header Library

Large, complex parts often require numerous attachment heads. These heads are specially designed according to the machining requirements of the workpiece and are generally categorized into right-angle heads, extended heads, and special angle heads, etc.

6 CNC Systems

Numerous CNC system suppliers exist, offering a variety of brands and models to suit different requirements.

7 Precision

The precision of machine tools refers to their original precision under the condition of no external load. Precision is typically expressed by its opposite — the deviation from the ideal state (also known as error), with smaller error indicating higher precision.
