Chain Plate Conveyor Lifter

The chain plate conveyor uses standard chain plates as the carrying surface, powered by a motor and reducer. By parallel arrangement of multiple chains, the conveyor can be made very wide and achieve differential speed. Utilizing the speed difference between multiple chains, the multi-line conveyance can be transformed into a single-line conveyance without any extrusion, thereby meeting the single-line conveying requirements for labeling, filling, and cleaning equipment. We can design the heads and tails of two chain plate conveyors in an overlapping mixed-chain configuration, keeping the bottles (tins) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor, and accommodating pressure-free and pressurized conveyance for empty and filled bottles.
