Equipment Features:

The HYW-500 Rock Triaxial Tester, fully compliant with GB/T 50266-2013 "Standard for Test Methods of Engineering Rock Mass" and GB/T 40961-2021 "Method for Calibration of Rock Triaxial Testers," can automatically perform rock triaxial compression tests under computer control. It dynamically displays the entire testing process, including axial test force and confining pressure, and can real-time collect, store, process, and display test data and curves.

Composition Brief:

1. Mainframe

The mainframe utilizes a modular, high-rigidity gantry-style reaction frame.

The working cylinder is positioned at the top of the frame, with tracks at the bottom of the testing space for easy movement and installation of the pressure chamber. The top of the cylinder is fitted with a spherical pressure plate that can automatically align, ensuring a tight contact between the plate and the end of the compression rod.

2. Three-axis room

The three-axis chamber achieves confining pressure loading on the rock. The pressure chamber employs pressure self-balancing technology, ensuring that the axial test force and the confining pressure do not interfere with each other, operating independently. It is made of high-strength alloy structural steel, with each pressure plate and pressure transfer piston rod being made of bearing steel that has been heat-treated and precision-machined. The pressure chamber is placed on a mobile trolley, allowing it to move along the track for convenient loading and unloading of specimens.

3. Axial Loading System

The system is composed of two parts: a servo hydraulic control system, which includes a high-pressure plunger pump assembly, relief valve, precision oil filter, and temperature sensor, and a low-pressure gear pump-based oil injection and filling system. The axial loading system accurately applies pressure and ensures load under computer control. The test oil is separated from the servo working oil, preventing contamination and extending service life.

4. Clamp Load System

The three-axis chamber is pressurized and held using a high-pressure loading system. The working oil of the system, after being amplified in pressure, outputs a high-pressure oil source, which supplies the three-axis pressure chamber. This serves as lateral pressure (i.e., confining pressure).

5. Quick-Fill Liquid System

Quickly fill the three-axis chamber with the working medium for the axial actuator.

6. Quick Drainage System

Remove the working medium from the three-axis indoor setup after the test is completed to dismantle the test piece.

7. Microcomputer Measurement and Control System

The measurement and control system consists of components such as an axial force sensor, annular pressure sensor, axial deformation sensor, radial deformation sensor, displacement sensor, all-digital measurement controller, and servo valves.

7.1 Equipped with multiple measurement channels, including 2 force channels; 1 channel for axial deformation and 1 channel for radial deformation; and 2 channels for displacement.

7.2 High measurement resolution, varies within the full range without tiered internal and external differences.

7.3 Auto-zero, auto-calibration, and auto-storage functions available.

7.4 Features constant test force, constant deformation, constant displacement, uniform test force rate, and uniform deformation rate control functions.

7.5 Equipped with protection features for overload, over-range, oilway blockage, excessive oil temperature, and specimen breakage.
