I. Product Advantages:


The 2LB type twin-screw pump delivers fluid smoothly, pulse-free, non-mixed, with low vibration and noise.

2. Strong self-priming capabilities; when handling multi-phase mixtures, the gas content does not exceed 80%, and the sand content does not exceed 500g/m3.

3. External bearing structure with independent lubrication, capable of conveying various non-lubricating media.

4. Driven by synchronized gears, the two rotors do not touch each other, even during brief periods of idling.

5. The pump housing features a heating jacket, capable of transporting various clean or low to high viscosity media containing small solid particles (typically particles less than 0.12-0.2mm in diameter).

6. The correct selection of materials can even handle many corrosive mediums.

7. Dual-suction structure; no axial force on the rotor.

8. The shaft end employs mechanical seals or bellows mechanical seals, featuring long service life, minimal leakage, and wide applicability.

Media viscosity has a significant impact on the performance of twin-screw pumps; the nominal discharge of the pump refers to the discharge under specific viscosity conditions. To ensure the pump operates at a higher efficiency, it is recommended to select the rotational speed according to the following viscosity conditions when testing is insufficient.
