The GBW type concentrated sulfuric acid pump is optimized for performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump, designed with special cast iron and carbon steel materials for concentrated sulfuric acid and an excellent hydraulic model. It is an ideal new generation chemical pump.

Product Features:

 

GBW Type Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Pumps feature an externally mounted high-quality mechanical seal. The dynamic and static rings are made of a new type of hard alloy or ceramic, offering wear resistance, no leakage, and a long service life. Installation, operation, precautions, and maintenance instructions.

1. Prior to installation, carefully inspect the pump body for any hard particles to prevent damage to the impeller and pump housing during operation.

2. A regulating valve must be installed on the inlet and small port 1 of the pump to control the pump's operation within the rated conditions.

3. Open the import valve to fill the entire pump cavity with liquid.

4. Power on the unit, and once the pump reaches normal speed, gradually open the valve on the discharge pipe and adjust it to the required operating condition.

5. Check for temperature rise ≤70℃ at the motor and bearing areas, and address any abnormalities promptly.

6. Absolutely forbidden to operate mechanical seals under dry grinding conditions.
