MKY7650 CNC Double-Sided Grinding Machine with a Rotating Table

This machine tool is a high-precision grinding machine, specifically a horizontal spindle turntable-type double-end face grinder. It is primarily used for grinding bearing shells, cylindrical and conical roller bearings, and can also be used for linear bearing shells, alloy cutting tools, CBN cutting tools, needle roller bearing shells, meat grinder blades, piston pins, hardware cutting tools, automotive and motorcycle accessories, as well as grinding processing of metal and non-metal cylindrical bars and other ring-shaped workpieces.

Machine Tool Structure Features:

1. The bed frame and workbench are made of cast iron, treated for aging, and boast excellent overall seismic performance.

2. The machine tool features a horizontal layout, with the grinding head's in/out guide rail utilizing a high-precision crossed roller guide rail. It boasts high accuracy, excellent stability, and a long service life.

3. The machine tools use a turntable feeding method, with feeding disks customized for workpieces available in open and closed styles. The feeding disk rotation features variable frequency stepless speed control. This machine can be optionally equipped with an automatic loading and unloading device, saving labor costs.

5. The main spindle of the grinding head is equipped with high-precision bearings and is subjected to a constant-force heavy preload, ensuring high rotation accuracy and good accuracy retention. When the auxiliary grinding head motor is equipped with an AC variable-frequency inverter for stepless speed control, it can achieve equal amount of grinding on both ends of the workpiece with unequal areas.
