The drum dryer's center can avoid adding a disintegrating mechanism. The wet material entering the drum is repeatedly lifted and dropped by the scraper on the drum wall, becoming finely broken into particles by the disintegrating device during its descent, significantly increasing the surface area for thorough contact with hot air and drying.

Broadly applicable to the drying of alfalfa, distiller's grains, straw, wood chips, marigold, wood shavings, ginkgo leaves, Chinese herbal medicine, beer糟, white spirit糟, potato starch residue, cassava residue, barley malt, melon seeds, sugarcane bagasse, hawthorn, rapeseed cake, and vegetable drying, with a high thermal efficiency of up to 80%, significantly higher than domestic similar equipment.

The machine is primarily composed of components such as the rotating body, feed plate, transmission device, support device, and sealing rings. The dryer is a cylindrical vessel slightly inclined from the horizontal, with material added from the higher end. High-temperature hot flue gas flows in parallel with the material into the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the material moves to the lower end due to gravity. Scrapers are mounted on the inner wall of the cylinder to lift and sprinkle the material, increasing the contact surface between the material and the gas flow, thereby enhancing the drying rate and promoting the material's movement. The dried product is collected from the bottom end.
