Central Oxygen Supply System Neglects Pipeline Blowdown During Installation Process

Pipe cleaning is a crucial step in the installation of oxygen supply pipelines, yet some manufacturers treat it with negligence, blowing a few times carelessly to get by, and others even omit this process. In reality, this step significantly impacts the overall quality of the oxygen supply project and its future maintenance.
Pipes are typically degreased and cleaned before installation. Pipeline flushing primarily aims to remove slag and loose scale from the pipe caused by welding, to prevent these residues from blocking the pipeline, damaging instruments and valves, or sparking collisions with the pipe walls and causing accidents. If not removed or not thoroughly cleaned, these residues carried by the gas flow into the oxygen reducer during system operation often lead to the reducer's diaphragm not sealing properly, resulting in slow pressure rise and other malfunctions, affecting normal use and increasing the maintenance costs for gas suppliers.
