Do not stick your hands into the feeding mouth of the granule machine while it is in operation. If necessary, a wooden stick can be used to assist with feeding.

2. Before starting the machine, add a small amount of material first, then turn it on. When shutting down, leave a little feed inside the machine to prevent the machine's roller from turning empty against the mold.

If the machine gets stuck during operation, stop it immediately, tighten the pressure roller until the bolts are loose and flat, and then restart the machine.

4. After a certain period of machine use or a specified number of granules have been extruded, if the granules produced are broken or not compact, turn the mill plate over and mix it with the feed below, adding 2%-4% water.

5. The pellet machine on the pet food equipment production line should operate at low load for approximately 40 hours during its first use, followed by a change of the gear oil in the transmission. Thereafter, a regular change every 100 hours is required, and all bearings should be regularly lubricated with grease.
