⑴The housing bearings should be timely lubricated with grease; after 500 hours of operation, the lubricating grease should be fully replaced. (New machines should be properly lubricated before operation, and the oil should be changed after 200 hours of operation.)

Other bearing parts require regular lubricant replenishment.

When the extruder is not in use for an extended period or when replacing the expanded material, the material inside the extrusion chamber should be scraped clean to prevent caking, mold growth, or cross-contamination between materials.

Due to the relatively faster wear of the wear parts near the discharge outlet, the wear parts near the feed inlet end are less worn. Therefore, when replacing wear parts, it is advisable to start from the discharge end and replace them sequentially, rather than replacing multiple components at once.
