Cautionary Notes for Synchronous Diverting Motor Use

The synchronous分流 motor needs to be installed on the platform and does not require additional stand installation. This avoids vibration and noise.

When the synchronizing分流motor's cavity is not in service, the cavity should not be sealed off. At this time, the non-service cavity should be drained, and a one-way back pressure valve should be installed in its pipeline (the pressure should be adjusted to be roughly equal to the load pressure, with the outlet connected back to the oil return).

Before using the synchronous分流motor, the pressure of the overflow valve on the synchronous分流motor should be adjusted to an appropriate value (adjust according to the pressure setting of the synchronous分流motor). When adjusting the overflow valve on the synchronous分流motor, the overflow valves of all chambers should be adjusted uniformly and evenly, and they should not be adjusted randomly or directly locked.
