Aluminum-Zinc Coated Steel Sheet Distributor, AZ150 Alumi...

Super Dyma, also known as SD, is a new type of high-corrosion-resistant coated steel plate. SD products are primarily used in civil engineering (porous plates), agriculture and animal husbandry (steel structures for agricultural greenhouses), railway and road construction, power and communication (power transmission and distribution, high and low voltage switch cabinets, outdoor box-type substations), automotive motors, and industrial refrigeration (cooling towers, large outdoor industrial air conditioning units), among other industries, with a wide range of applications.
Superior Properties of Aluminum-Zinc-Magnesium Steel Plate
The flat part has corrosion resistance up to 6-8 times that of galvanized aluminum steel plates, featuring a special cut surface coating with self-healing anti-corrosion properties. Product specifications advantages: capable of producing thicknesses from 0.27mm to 9mm, widths from 580mm to 1524mm, and excellent alkaline resistance and anti-corrosion properties. In certain fields, it can replace stainless steel in harsh conditions, ensuring processing performance stability. It can also replace galvanized steel plates and provide environmentally friendly products, free of heavy metal ions, in compliance with ROHS standards. Two, the composition of the coating on the aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate.
Primarily composed of zinc, with the addition of the following alloying elements:
Aluminum: Approximately 11%
Magnesium, approximately 3%
Silicon Trace
It is a newer type of highly corrosion-resistant coated steel plate.
Introduction to the Corrosion Resistance of Aluminum-Zinc-Magnesium Steel Sheets
Coated with a zinc layer thickness of 550g/m², the steel plate exhibits a coarse surface protective film, making it susceptible to moisture and air penetration, leading to the formation of red rust over time. In contrast, with only a 90g/m² SD coating, the dense protective film effectively blocks moisture and air, preventing further rusting and achieving a higher level of corrosion resistance.
Above is a comparison chart of flat corrosion resistance. In the salt spray test, the corrosion reduction of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets is 1.02; while SD is only 0.034, which is enough to demonstrate its excellent corrosion resistance.
The exposed section of the material (or pierce hole) may initially develop some rust on the iron surface.
The water-soluble coating alloy components gradually spread and expand across the cross-section through xs corrosion protection, covering the existing red rust. Once the water evaporates, a dense protective film forms. Similarly, a good protective film can be formed at the welding areas.
In alkaline conditions with higher pH levels, the corrosion rate of hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel plates is rapid, whereas the corrosion of SD is minimal. This indicates that SD is more suitable for alkaline environments.
