Smart Welding Control System

The SmartWeld software system is an independently developed system, primarily designed to integrate robots, welding machines, and external sensors deeply, enabling intelligent programming based on external inputs to control robots and welding systems for intelligent welding. The system features mature camera-assisted recognition for intelligent welding programming and two modes: intelligent recognition of welds and generation of welding programs based on 3D CAD software. The system software can automatically identify welds and plan any welding sequence, then automatically generate robot welding programs. It initiates the line laser sensor to scan the welds to be焊接 on the workpiece, drives the robot to weld along the planned path, without any on-site teaching required, achieving one-click automatic welding.
SmartWeld software allows for flexible planning of welding sequences for workpieces and offers the option to select arbitrary sizes for weld legs. The software itself comes with a comprehensive base library of welding expert techniques.
The software is deployed on PC systems, which can be placed anywhere. With a wireless router, remote control is possible, allowing direct operation of on-site equipment for welding from the office.
