Features
1. Simple structure, minimal parts. Consequently, the parts have a low failure rate, reliable performance, and easy maintenance and repair.
Inventory parts needed are minimal.
2. Low land area requirement. Beneficial for arranging production lines in the customer's factory, and allows for a larger storage area. Palletizing robots can be set up in narrow spaces, enabling efficient use.
3. High applicability. When the size, volume, shape of the customer's product, or the tray's dimensions change, it only requires a slight modification on the touch screen, without affecting the customer's normal production. In contrast, changing a mechanical stacker is quite麻烦 and often not feasible.
4. Low energy consumption. Typically, mechanical stackers have a power rating of around 26KW, whereas stacker robots operate at about 5KW. This significantly reduces the customer's operational costs.
5. All controls can be operated on the control cabinet screen, and the operation is extremely simple.
6. Simply locate the starting and placement points; the instructional method is easy to understand.
