    • Ripe tung oil

    • Product Features: Acid and alkali-resistant; natural, environmentally friendly; moisture-proof, anti-corrosive, and anti-mold. Demonstrates the natural texture of wood.

    • Application Areas: Indoor wooden flooring, wooden ceilings, sauna boards, wooden balusters, etc.; Outdoor wooden flooring, trellises, wooden cabins, pavilions, fences, wooden bridges, boats, chairs

    • Raw Material Processing: Wood is cleaned and flattened, moisture content not exceeding 15%.

    • Application Method: Recommended to apply at temperatures above 5°C. If the product has a high viscosity, it can be thinned by adding up to 10% turpentine, ensuring thorough mixing. Suitable for dipping, brushing, spraying, rolling, and wiping. This product is compatible with all easily visible oil-based color card systems if pigment is to be added.

    • Brushing Surface Area: Theoretical brushing area is 16-19㎡ per liter (one coat), wood absorption varies, resulting in different paint consumption.

    • Drying Time: Surface dry in 3-6 hours, fully dry in 12-24 hours.

R桐seed oil is obtained from the seeds of the tung tree, which is then pressed to produce raw tung oil. The raw tung oil is further processed through high-temperature refining and polymerization to create a drying oil, known as refined tung oil.
