Generally, if the flushing pressure of an ultrasonic cleaner can reach above 1 MPa, it can be classified as high-pressure flushing. This method primarily relies on the kinetic energy of high-pressure water jets to remove dirt. Due to its significant kinetic energy, most stains are no problem for it, even blind spots, embedded holes, and inner walls can be thoroughly cleaned.

The common high-pressure cleaning pressure for ultrasonic cleaners is approximately 1.5 to 2.0 MPa, under which not only is the cleaning effect excellent, but it also demonstrates good cost-effectiveness. However, the high-pressure cleaning pressure of overseas ultrasonic cleaners goes beyond this, reaching around 5 MPa.

The pressure washing range is between 300 to 1000 kPa. Pressure washing is a type of washing under pressure, which offers good cleaning results due to its lower pressure, thus requiring less stringent equipment specifications for ultrasonic cleaning machines. Currently, the pressure washing of internal combustion engine parts predominantly utilizes pressure washing.

There is also a low-pressure flush with pressures below 300 kPa. In this case, the ultrasonic cleaner's liquid column impact energy is lower, making it suitable only for cleaning parts with light contamination levels.
