Through-aisle racking, also known as corridor racking or drive-in racking, allows forklifts to access and retrieve goods through aisles. It is suitable for storing large quantities of goods with a limited variety.

Through-aisle racking, besides the positions near the aisles, should not exceed 7 positions deep for one-way picking due to forklifts needing to enter the rack interior for goods handling. To enhance forklift speed, guide tracks can be optionally configured as needed. Compared to static racking, through-aisle racking can increase storage space utilization by over 30%. It is widely used in wholesale, cold storage, and the food, tobacco industries.

Product Features and Applications

Also known as a slotted shelving system, it maximizes warehouse space with its unique double-layered multi-level design, significantly increasing the number of storage positions. Suitable for high warehouses with light goods, small packaged items, loose parts storage, and a variety of products in small batches, it fully utilizes space. The shelves can be freely disassembled and customized in various models, sizes, and dimensions to meet customer requirements without welding. They are used for both light and heavy steel structures as floorings and supports, and can be flexibly designed into two-story or multi-level configurations (up to the 2nd-3rd floor) based on the actual site and needs.
