The dPOFLEX® PFU/PFS High-Precision Filling and Dispensing System can achieve ultra-low filling volumes down to 30uL, with filling accuracy exceeding ±1%. Through gentle pumping actions, it eliminates foam, splashes, or drips, preventing costly overfilling and effectively preserving the biological activity of the filled reagents.

       From Research and Development to Bulk Production: Discharge Pumps

With 25 years of experience in high-quality precision pump technology, the newly refined dPOFLEX® PFU/PFS high-precision filling and dispensing system boasts enhanced adaptability. It can serve as a lab desktop dispensing platform and also be expanded through channels and cascaded to build multi-channel filling systems.

A single controller can manage up to 32 channels simultaneously, with each channel boasting a production capacity of up to 120 bottles per minute.

The dPOFLEX® PFU/PFS High-Precision Filling and Dispensing System supports RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol, or Industrial Ethernet interface with TCP/IP protocol, facilitating remote bus control. It is配套 designed for use with automated or semi-automated filling machinery, enhancing filling efficiency.

The multi-channel system allows each channel to have independent or identical filling parameters, offering a variety of solutions to meet different process requirements.

The dPOFLEX® PFU/PFS High-Precision Filling and Dispensing System supports three-tier user permission management, offers log recording and batch report USB drive export or printing functionality, and features electronic signatures, in compliance with GMP and FDA 21CFR Part 11 regulations.

The Langd dPOFLEX ® PFU/PFS High-Precision Filling and Discharging System features a streamlined appearance design with seamless housing for easy cleaning. Equipped with a 7-inch industrial-grade touchscreen and a graphical user interface, it is user-friendly and easy to operate.

The system can store 500 custom parameter recipes for direct access. It supports online calibration of fill volumes and direct reading of scale weighing data, enhancing calibration efficiency.

The system has also passed the Swiss SGS certification and obtained CE/UKCA certificates, ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility and safety performance of the product under various operating conditions.
