On July 11th, the 11th Munich Shanghai Analytica China exhibition kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) in halls 8.2H, 1.2H, and 2.2H. As a massive laboratory industry event in Asia and even globally, over 80,000 square meters of exhibition space showcased more than 1,200 domestic and international companies presenting over a thousand of the latest new products and solutions.

At this exhibition, Langge arrived "well-prepared," with its new products and several star offerings drawing numerous visitors to pause and appreciate, showcasing its understanding and creativity in the laboratory industry applications.

Comprehensive Product Collection

Lang's newly launched premium products, the dLSP 501S and dLSP 501L digital split-type syringe pumps, have garnered customer favor. These pumps significantly enhance hardware and software performance, offering superior whole-machine operating precision with accuracy ≤ ±0.35% and repeatability better than 0.03%. They also provide a more convenient user experience, effectively improving work efficiency.

The injection pump offers parameter programming features for challenging timing control between 4 channels, catering to users' more stringent experimental requirements. Additionally, it aligns with the trend of miniaturized equipment, featuring a compact size and structure for easy handheld use and fixation, optimizing equipment space utilization.

The dPOFLEX® PFU/PFS high-precision filling and dispensing system can achieve micro-filling as low as 30uL, with filling accuracy exceeding ±1%. Through gentle pumping actions, it prevents costly overfilling while effectively preserving the biological activity of the filled product.

Adaptable to various application requirements, it can serve as a lab desktop dispensing platform and can also be expanded and cascaded to build multi-channel filling systems through channels. A single controller can control up to 32 channels simultaneously, with each channel capable of having either identical or independent filling parameters. The production capacity of a single channel can reach up to 120 bottles per minute.

In addition, this series features three-tiered access control, log recording, batch reporting, and audit tracking, all of which meet GMP requirements.

Additionally, Lang displayed several of its advantageous products released in recent years, including OEM products such as the high-precision industrial injection pumps SP1-CX/MSP1-CX and the corresponding multi-channel ceramic distribution valves. The MP series micro-plunger pumps, with a repeatability accuracy of CV up to 0.1%, and a variety of compact OEM peristaltic pumps were also showcased.
