We have implemented the Langd dPOFLEX® PFU/PFS high-precision filling and dispensing system, which has allowed our reagents to achieve a filling accuracy of 0.2%, far exceeding our expectations. Moreover, the system is compact and space-saving, making it convenient and practical!
Lang Co. introduces the dPOFLEX® PFU/PFS high-precision filling and dispensing system, ensuring gentle handling of high-value products like vaccines, diagnostic reagents, and therapeutic agents during filling to prevent contamination and inactivation. Additionally, the system enhances filling accuracy (capable of micro-filling as low as 30uL with accuracy exceeding ±1%), thereby avoiding overfilling.
The disassembly system features a split-type controller, with one controller capable of controlling 32 channels simultaneously. The controller is equipped with a 7-inch industrial touch screen and a graphical interface, offering simple and intuitive operation. Different filling parameters can be saved as schemes based on varying application needs, facilitating direct recall for future use.
The system also features three-tiered access control, logging, batch report export, and electronic signature, in compliance with GMP standards.
Moreover, the system is equipped with high-quality accessories such as filling platforms and needles, enabling the construction of a desktop intelligent dispensing system. During the filling process, the liquid only comes into contact with the inner wall of the hose, and by using hoses that meet USP biocompatibility standards, the sterile requirements of the filling process can be met.
