How the Raymond Grinding Mill Works

The Raymond mill powdering machine is composed of the main unit, fan, analyzer, and pipeline dust removal system. It can be equipped with crushers, conveyors, storage bins, electromagnetic vibration feeders, and electrical control cabinets according to customer requirements. After the material is crushed to the desired particle size by the crusher, it is conveyed to the storage bin by the conveyor, and then evenly and continuously fed into the main unit's grinding chamber by the electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding. Due to the presence of moisture in the material being ground, heat is generated during the grinding process, water vapor evaporates, and due to the machine's pipeline joints not being airtight, external gases are drawn in, increasing the circulating air pressure. This ensures the mill operates under a negative pressure condition. The increased air flow is discharged through the exhaust duct into the dust collector, purified, and then released into the atmosphere, reducing environmental pollution.
