Axial Flow Fan Mufflers are primarily used to reduce the noise of axial flow fans, typically featuring a circular structure and available in single and double cavity designs. The ZFD single cavity model has a noise reduction of 15-20dB(A), while the ZFS double cavity model offers 20-25dB(A) of noise reduction. The cross-sectional dimensions are all manufactured according to the national standard for ventilation ducts. Micro-perforated plates are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
