This equipment has pressure-bearing capabilities, suitable for mixing production in conjunction with vacuum extraction processes. Optional accessories include liquid spray devices, heating and drying units, etc. Operating Principle: The mixed materials spiral and rise along the shaft under the action of the outer large helical belt, while the middle reverse helical screw agitator spirals the materials downward, causing the materials to perform alternating up and down and circular motion within the drum, achieving the required uniformity of mixing. Industry Applications: The mixer, with different agitation components, is suitable for blending thick pastes and solid powders. The drum has no driving parts, eliminating the need for sealing and lubrication, making it particularly ideal for industries that demand strict control over impurities, such as food and battery manufacturing.
