The twin cone mixer has a W-shaped cylindrical mixing chamber, formed by tightly welding stainless steel plates. It uses mechanical transmission to make the material inside the twin cone chamber reciprocate and flip, achieving uniform mixing. The machine panel and mixing chamber are generally made of high-quality stainless steel, with polished inner and outer walls. There are no dead corners during mixing, no accumulation of material, high efficiency, and easy cleaning. The twin cone blender is commonly used in industries such as food, chemical, metallurgy, and electronics for mixing two or more dry powder or granular materials. This equipment is suitable for blending powdery particles with good flowability and minimal physical differences. It is particularly ideal for products with small batch sizes that require thorough mixing without dead spots. Due to the smooth material flow within the twin cone blender, it does not damage the original shape of the material, making it also suitable for blending granular materials that are prone to breakage and wear. For materials with slightly reduced fluidity, a rod-type stirrer can be added inside the drum, rotating at high speed in the opposite direction to the drum, ensuring effective uniform mixing of the materials. The spray volume is even, with no water droplets or material agglomeration occurring inside the cylinder. The spray power is provided by compressed air at 3 kg/cm². Working Principle: The machine features an electric motor and a reducer at one end. The motor's power is transmitted through the reducer and then via a drive shaft to continuously flip the double-conical drums, allowing the material inside the drum to mix vertically and horizontally. Due to the rotational movement, the powdered or granular material in the inclined cylinder continuously alternates, splits, and merges; it randomly transfers from one zone to another, while particles slide against each other, resulting in multiple spatial superpositions. Particles continuously distribute on the newly formed surfaces, repeatedly lifting, sprinkling, interweaving, diffusing, and mixing, achieving a rapid uniform mixing effect. Moreover, as the cylinder continuously flips throughout the mixing process, all materials inside are in motion, ensuring a thorough mix without any dead spots.
