Trough-type mixer

This unit is a horizontal trough mixer, commonly used in the chemical and food industries for mixing powdered or paste-like materials. The machine operates by mechanical rotation, causing the S-shaped agitator blades to spin, pushing the material back and forth for even mixing. The mixing time can be set, and the machine will automatically shut off upon completion. The drum can be electrically flipped for easy unloading.

Structural Features

The machine's槽体is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, utilizing thick plate welding for molding, and features multiple sealing components at both ends of the agitator shaft to ensure long-term leak-proof operation.

The agitator and flip section are designed with two separate power sources, and a limit protection device is also set in the flip section, allowing the flipping and dumping process to occur within a range of 105° at the turn, thereby ensuring the safety of equipment operation.

Bracket section is selected for superior qualityGoodWelded steel sections ensure the frame has adequate mechanical load-bearing properties, and all transmission parts and electrical control components are arranged within the frame. The outer surface of the bracket is sealed with SUS304-2B sheet metal.
