1000x2000 Welding Platform

During the production process, welding tables may experience weight discrepancies. Typically, the design of welding tables takes into account casting errors and machining errors; the weight tolerance of cast iron tables should generally not exceed 10%. If it does, a further quality assessment of the welding table is required to determine if the cast iron table can be put into use.

Welding Platform Material: The working surface of high-strength cast iron HT200-300 has a hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees Celsius and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product offers stable precision and excellent wear resistance.

Welding Platform Precision: Executed according to standard metrological verification procedures, divided into three grades: 1, 2, and 3.
