The main unit is equipped with a quick dehumidification module, allowing it to reach the predetermined humidity range in a short amount of time.

Cabinet structure:

1. Cabinet Material: 1.0mm steel plate; manufactured with numerical control automatic punch presses and CNC sheet metal equipment for high precision and good sealing. The cabinet surface is coated with foreign resin using an automatic powder coating line, ensuring excellent appearance quality. Equipped with 360˚ rotating casters with brakes on the bottom for easy movement and fixation.

2. Cabinet Door Window: Door frame window with 5.0mm high-strength tempered glass. The door handle features a flat, press-fit, high-strength integrated handle lock with anti-theft function.

3. Load-bearing Deck Boards: The boards are designed with reinforced structure for high strength and heavy load capacity, capable of supporting an even load of around 50kg. The height gap can be adjusted freely according to the height of the items placed, making storage more convenient and maximizing space utilization.

Humidifier Main Unit Dehumidification Principle:Dehumidifying main unit of the electronic moisture-proof box uses high polymer environmental-friendly desiccant materials, employing shape memory alloy system for dehumidification. It features an intelligent microcomputer programmable control system. Once the desired control humidity is set, the device operates automatically. The main unit housing is made of high-temperature flame-retardant materials to avoid safety hazards. With automatic moisture absorption upon power failure, the chemical desiccant supplement function can still be used for dehumidification, ensuring humidity increase does not exceed 10% within 24 hours. It does not condense, overheat, or drip. Energy-efficient and long-lasting.

Product Working Principle:The dehumidifier's main door is open, the outer door is closed, and the high polymer environmental-friendly moisture absorbent material absorbs moisture from the electronic moisture-proof box. The inner door is closed, and the outer door is opened, with the heater heating the absorbent material to evaporate the moisture outside the moisture-proof box. Shape-memory alloy and springs are responsible for the opening and closing of the door. These steps are cyclically performed under the control of an intelligent microcomputer programmable system, gradually reducing the humidity inside the moisture-proof box.
