Installation Precautions

Prior to installation, it is essential to verify that the external environment meets the installation requirements for the negative pressure-free water supply equipment.

1. Negative Pressure-Free Water Supply Equipment Medium: Clean, non-flammable and non-explosive liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers.

2. Liquid Temperature: Room temperature -15℃ to +60℃; Hot water type +60℃ to +120℃

3. Surroundings: Free of water droplets, steam, floating dust and metallic particles. No direct sunlight exposure, high temperatures, and severe dust accumulation areas. Free of corrosive and flammable gases and liquids.

4. Vibration-free, easy maintenance and inspection locations.

5. Environmental Temperature: High with +45℃ and good ventilation.

II. Essential Knowledge for the Installation Process of Pressure-Free Water Supply Equipment:

Before installation, carefully inspect the pump body for any hard particles to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.

Do not apply pipeline force to the pump during installation to prevent deformation and ensure normal operation.

Ensure tightness of the base bolts to prevent vibration impact on pump performance during startup.

4. Install regulating valves on the pump's inlet and outlet pipes, and install a pressure gauge near the pump's outlet to control the pump's operation within the rated conditions, ensuring normal pump operation.

5. If an anti-reverse valve is to be installed in the piping, it should be placed outside of the gate valve.

6. Pump installation methods include rigid connection and flexible connection installation.
