The JX011PP Plastic Monochrome Straw Extrusion Production Line consists mainly of the extrusion main unit, cooling water tank, pull-cutting machine, straw straightener (optional), etc., capable of producing monochrome or transparent straw tubes and small diameter pipes.


Features

1. Wide Application: Straws, candy sticks, cotton swab sticks, balloon rods, cream nozzle tubes, and various small pipes, etc.

2. V-cut options: 90°, 45°, 60°.

3. The extruder barrel screw is made of 38CrMoAI material and treated with ammonia.

4. The hopper, platform, and water tank are all made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, with the housing electrostatic powder coating treatment.

5. The operational panel is simple and user-friendly.

6. Compatible with tube conveying equipment, it can be paired with an automatic hoist and packaging machine to realize an automated linkage solution.
