The equipment features automatic start/stop and remote monitoring capabilities.

● The circuit mode employs advanced technology to ensure the equipment operates continuously for 24 hours without any failure.

The speed control system utilizes PLC touch screen control for easy interfacing with配套设备.

Each corona roller is equipped with a servo motor, driver, and planetary reducer to ensure precise speed synchronization.

● Design with spiral flow channels inside the roller, with cooling water entering and exiting from the same end, equipped with high-quality rotating joints.

● We offer standard industrial Ethernet bus protocol for easy integration with matching equipment and central control.

● Equipped with various alarm functions, including wind pressure failure, load failure, main power failure, emergency stop, frame failure, and rotating failure alarms.

● Equipped with a 3-color audio-visual alarm device separately.

The discharge electrode is made of imported German ceramic tube, ensuring even, reliable discharge with a long service life.

The control system can be integrated with the factory MES monitoring system for the owner.
